I wasn't sure where to put this. So I'll put it here: Polish Beet Relish. (Ćwikła Z Chrzanem) 1 large Beetroot, cooked (or 1 can (16 oz.) Beets, drained) ¼ cup Prepared Horseradish ¼ cup Sugar ¼ cup Vinegar ¼ cup Water 1 Tbsp. Grated Onion 1 tsp. Salt ⅛ tsp. Pepper • Shred Beets. Toss with the rest of the ingredients. Chill for one day.
