I never thought of that, Bumble.
My cervix is also curved or something....I guess it's just bad all around.

On a lighter note, though....my mom bought me a present today. A baby crib....$20.00 brand new. And, it just so happened to be the one I'd had my eye on for some time. :)

Oddly enough, this crib is from Wal-Mart. :D Haha....

I love finding good deals....especially on stuff that's usally so expensive. (Even yard sales and thrift stores here charged about $40 for a used crib)

lol, our crib is from wal mart...wonder if it's the same one, lol. From what I've seen, the stores only carry a couple different ones....

It's a white one, transitional. 5 stages. The bottom will eventually be able to be used as a full-sized headboard. :p
So, it's cheap, and pays for itself.

I think 37 weeks is the cutoff point for a healthy pregnancy and baby (But, I still want to carry until 40 weeks.)....that could be why Skylie was healthy! :D

    Thank you!

Oh, by the way, do any of you mamas have any good remedies for a chest cold? I have a stuffy nose, my ears are tingly and it's hard to hear, my chest feels kinda tight and like....I've breathed in a freezer full of cold air.

i hear of a lot of women getting sick when they're in labour. I think its something to do with your body focousing more on labour and less on fighting off sicknesses.
I sure got sick as a dog, and it made things awful. REST and WATER. I'm sure Maggie could better assist you with any drugs you could take. I took none at all.:)

:( I hope it's not indicating I'm going into further labor. I've been doing good at keep my contractions down. I'm now only having 3 or 4 per hour.
My mom is sick too, though. So, I'm crossing my fingers. :)

Jenny was three weeks early, and not okay. Ultrasound (three of them) the day before she was born estimated her weight to be 8.5 pounds, but she was born three pounds less than that! Seemed okay at first, then dropped down to 4lb2oz by the time we left the hospital (they would not have let us go home had she lost only two more ounces). Had to be readmitted to children's hospital a few days later, and stayed in an isolette for a week with wires and tubes sticking in her all over her teetiny body. She didn't have typical hunger cues, was unable to nurse, and had a really bad reaction to cow milk-based formula. Then she got really bad jaundiced and dehyrdated on top of everything else.
