over age 18 or 21? so for example if two adult siblings have sex, they would be arrested and condemned? (I know some countries do keep it illegal, but I did not think UK was one of them)
it still is nobody's business but of the two adult people in question.

If there is law against incest and if 1 knew it and yet he/she commit it then it is wrong and it is an offense. Incest between parent/children are always wrong because parent should know it is wrong! I think it is the responsibility of parent and education department and also the religious group to teach the kids about the seriousness of these act before they engaged in it - don't you think? Also, the living condition and children up bringing also play an important role to avoid incest activity.
My sister and I was involved in incest when we were 16 & 15 respectively and was caught doing it. Then we were sent to rehab center and was taught/told that any form of incest is wrong/immoral and is against the law. Too late, we've done it!
Why do those dick-headed religious leaders & ball-less law makers thinks we should know it since day one? Hello! We are not born with that knowledge "program" into us! But we are all born with the instinct to have sex!
So if your country have law against incest like mine, please tell those assholes high up in the religious & political leader to include it in the education system. And if you are parents yourself now, please start teaching your kids now - don't wait till it happened then tell them bcoz that's too late! Also if you happen to be south-east asian, please let your children have their own room instead of stuffing them into 1 room. And let your children go out and play with other kids, don't worry about them getting involve with the wrong people; it's risk that every parent have to face or you can keep them at home and risk incest activity!
You decide and choose!

As I've written in some of my other posts, I've read about a lot of posts about consensual incest or incestuous experiences between opposite-sex siblings, and was quite surprised to read them initially, because incest as usually thought of as nonconsensual, or at least that's how we hear about it from the media. But I've been surprised by how many posts on the web were from women who said they learned how to give handjobs and blowjobs by practicing on their brothers. In some cases, they accidentally walked in on their brother masturbating and asked if they could stay and watch because they'd never seen a guy do it, they'd only heard about it. That would often eventually llead to the sister jacking off the brother. Some said they actually approached their brother asking questions about handjobs and blowjobs or even asked him if he would show them how to do it, so when they got a boyfriend, they'd know what to do. But that's usually where it stopped.
Since a lot of teenagers don't consider handjobs and blowjobs to be sex, and the girls/women said they were doing strictly as a learning experience, to them it wasn't a big deal. All of them said they had no regrets or feelings of guilt about doing it, and had no problems moving on to relationships with non-relatives. So this kind of thing happens more often than most people would think. As long as they're no psychological damage from it and both partners are willing, it would apppear to be just another way to develop one's sexuality.

incest is ok if both parties are of legal age and agree with it. who is to judge what is love, lust with a family member? i don't agree with the threads with ppl who pretend they have a gf but allow them to roam around with men but then again, who am i to judge right?
with that said, i don't enjoy reading about minors and adults. that stuff needs to be locked up. real kinky doesn't mean adults having sexual encounters with minors.

I've got nothing against incest and have a sister that, if given the chance, I'd do everything imaginable to her.

So what all did you and your sister do, sexually speaking? And who initiated her, you or her? Was it full sex, or just fingering/handjobs/oral sex? Was it a one-time thing or did it happen several times before you got caught? Did she seem to enjoy it or not? And were there any negative psychological repercussions from it, or have you both turned how to be mentally normal people?

Rebuttal is a noun not a verb... Not to be a grammar-Nazi or anything... :P
