ok well, since nobody posted anything, here's what i did. i cooked the lima beans in a little vegetarian "chicken" broth, and grated in some carrot and parsnip. i sliced 2 spring onions and added some leftover frozen mixed greens (kale and mustard, i think, the marker had worn off the label.) i seasoned it with chopped garlic and dill weed, and garnished it with whole wheat-sesame sticks and a drizzle of olive oil. quite satisfying!
