albino pasta

the name is weird but this is simple and so tasty.....
1 (16 ounce) package dry penne pasta
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. In small saucepan, saute garlic a small amount of oil. Combine garlic, olive oil, and pasta in a bowl. Mix in parmesan cheese.

I love that pasta...I didn't know that was the name though...I got that recipe from Rachel Ray...lol

lol.. i watch 30 Minute Meals all the time.. i think i remember seeing the episode where she made this... it sounds really good, i'll definitely have to try this.

yes.....despite her rather annoying voice and laugh.....i do enjoy many of the recipes rachel ray makes.....
