Ok, Let me put it out simply..When we eat, the food goes into your stomach. There it is mixed with Hydrocoloric and disolved and then moved into the instestine when the body absorbs the nutrients it needs and then pushes the 'waste' down into the colon to be eliminated.
While the 'waste is waiting to be aliminated it gets thick and sticks to the walls of your colon, building up over the years and ferminting all that time, creating a toxic enviroment where parasites thrive.
We all have some sort of parasites that we host unwillingly and most of the time unknowingly in our bodies and when the inner enviroment is feeding these parasites they multiply rapidly and you become infested.
Now these hungry buggers are latched onto the walls of your intestines and colon and organs and are sucking all the nutrients from you blood. Some of the critters eat their way from the colon throughout the entire body leaving holes as they go. Guess what fills up the holes, parasite feces and urine. Wow.. isn't that a pleasent tought. So in all this the body gets sick from toxins and improper nutrition.
When the body is not properly nurished it get weak and the immune system starts to shut down causing you to have low energy cutting off the flow to the higher self. The higher self that heals the body.

I swear I am going to read this every freakin' day till I get it....wooah parasites...I had nooo idea it was like that(I mean I knew I was a microcosm, but man, I never put it together!!), I am in denial I bet, all the way up the river.

I have things pooing in me.

this is what i can share w you:
this joint problem is somthing i kind of have, not that bad, but i have a feeling of this problem and people have shared me their knowlegde:
coffee cigarettes meat milk cheese is very bad for this pb. you need to eat more raw, no alcolhol...
this is actually a very difficult pb, you need to think LONGTERM, this is A LESSON SENT TO YOU TO LEARN CERTAIN THINGS. OPEN YOUR MIND/SPIRIT/FEELINGS and realize that you need to change things, and it means that you need to sacrifice some things:could bad habits (eating/drinking). You ned to loose something, so you can gain your health back.
BUT: there arent any miracles without an EFFORT. be realistic with you goals, but consistent. dont give up

The easiest way to tell if something is good or bad for you, is to Muscle Test.

Hold the object to your Solar Plex, Standing with both feet on the ground in front of you. Ask yourself. Is This Good For Me, Does my body need this.

Wait a be open and flowing. If you are pulled forward it is good for you. If you are pulled backwards it is Not good for you. If you go from side to side, it wont hurt you or help you.

If you just stand there with no movement at all then your polairty is probably off. If this happens tap firmly on your Thymus five or six times, located right under your throat above your breast. Then try the Muscle Test again.

You can do this on a personal level also, to go inside and find what is the best way to handle a situation. Hold your arms around yourself and ask yourself out loud if your choice is the right one. Go through different choices eliminating the ones that you test negative for, ( going backwards). Using the ones you test positive for (going forward).

I hope this is simple enough to follow.

You will find you can muscle test for practally anything, from shoes to people. It's the easiest thing in the world to do, as can guide you through the uncertain choices we are faced with daily.

Sometimes we have problem healing self cuz we are majorly stressed out. Healing usually goes faster or more functionally when we can let go, relax, detach. Not always easy, which is why we each take our turns asking for help. Its not impossible though.

That is my feelings why we sometimes have trouble with self healing, stress we don't want to or can't let go of.

Oh, wow, so that is what a muscle test is?! Scholar Warrior was just talking about it the other day but I had no idea what it was and here it is already explained awesome how that works out.

Hi Honey,
MRT is a wonderfull built in divise we all have.. it's amazing how we are equipted to heal our own bodies. There are several methods of MRT, but with testing yourself I find this method works best for me. The more you do it the eaiser it becomes to the point that when you come in contact with something good for you, you are drawn to it and if it is not good for you, you are repelled by it naturaly.. It's fun too. You can get a group of friends together and muscle test each other.. by holding an item to your solar plex and holding out your arm and having someone ask if the item is good for you as you lightly push down on the persons wrist.. if the arm goes up against your reststance( you can feel the arm go up) it is good.. if it goes down it is bad.. sometimes when you are first starting out you will only be able to tell slightly if the arm moves up or down, but with a little practise you will be quiet accoustom to the feel of it. Have fun with it.
