kava kava help

i bought some kava kava extract pills from my local heath food store, and i was wondering how many i should take, each one contains 136mg, the bottle said take one at a time but i want to get as messed up as i can from kava kava, so how many would be safe to take?

I never had much luck with this stuff in capsules. It's for sure though that if you want to get off you need to take more than it says on the bottle. Better to get some good quality powder straight from Hawaii or Polynesia (there's some good websites)
The trouble with Kava is that it tastes so fucking horrible that you soon loose interest in it. You need to down at least half an once of powder and its real hard work believe me. you will wretch several times in the process. And the you will be able to taste and smell the stuff for days afterwards. It does give quite a nice relaxed somatic feeling, not so much a phychc high; not worth the trouble in my opinion
