Some volcanoes spewing toxic clouds would be nice.

nothing toxic here, hoping its a getaway from the madding crowd where there are no big egos, wingeing and whining, just peacefulness fun and love because there surely isnt enough of that in the world at present.

A view of volcanoes spewing on an island in the distance would help keep our perspective and to keep us in humble reverence of Mother Nature.
This retreat is magical and will incur no disasters, itself.

That sounds very nice!
I think as we are assembling the structures we wish to enjoy here, it would be a great time to take notice of the wildlife that surrounds us, and to also strive to make them as eco-friendly as possible.

Some kind of tree house overlooking the lake, a place to collect your thoughts and spend the colder evenings snuggled
Forest canoeing?
