my penis is only 4.5 inches long and 4 inches in girth when erect im 18 at 5ft11 is it to small? or is there any chance i can help it to grow somehow? or has it even got time to grow? can someone help me pleaaseee

well im probably 5 10" ? but it seems small compared to other people who wrote 6 inches+

if you mean erect then yes it sure sounds short for someone who is almost 6 foot tall

Im not sure if penis size is at all related to height. Or for that matter neither are hand or foot size!
I think the average is 6" as stated.
If it's any consolation i think only shallow women would care.

It is not too small. I have been with a guy that size and sex was more satisfying than others I have been with that were bigger. And he was 6'1". For myself and many women, it really isn't about the size. Have confidence in yourself.
