can anyone help me out here? obviously ignore the stupid fake "flower" that home depot glues on the top to try to make them look "pretty"! i know its a sucky pic, but im hoping its clear enough to see any necessary details to identify with

probably a pilocereus aka toothpick cactus. they are common houseplants with no "magical" properties.
