A Siddha in sankrit means ''one who is accomplished''. Neuroplasticity talks about rewiring of your brain.

I really don't understand your question.

Neuroplasticity is changing the brain to prepare for abilities on the path to siddhas.

The term is siddhis, not siddhas.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siddha

"A siddha has also been defined to refer to one who has attained a siddhi. The siddhis as paranormal abilities are considered emergent abilities of an individual that is on the path to siddhahood, and do not define a siddha, who is established in the Pranav or Aum – the spiritual substrate of creation."

I am attempting to lend understanding. The distinction between one who does things and the things he does is important as regards the form of your question.
Why are you being defensive?

What I mean by documentary correlation is do you have encephalograms or other brain imagery that has been recorded in association with specific siddhis events? Better yet, begin with any record at all of siddhis event.

If you are trying to make a connection between electro chemical routes in the brain and paranormal effects presumably caused by someone with special skills, I would say that there is no special wiring arrangement. Focused mental effects are caused simply by consistent focus, much like a magnifying glass can turn sunlight into an incendiary point. Consistent focus then produces resonance or "large" oscillation.
