I'm not sure if this is on topic for this sub-forum, but it's a quesition that SF fans will answer differently than the general population.
There's a knock at your door.
You open the door and Robert Heinlein says, "There is a colony on the far side of the moon. Would you like to visit? You can bring yourself, your wife and two friends."
Who would you invite?
If, instead, he offered a one way trip to permanently emigrate, would you go?
