Beer cheese dip

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, plus additional for garnish
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese softened
1 (1 ounce) packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch dips Mix
1/2 to 3/4 cup beer
Chopped green onions for garnish
Pretzels or assorted fresh vegetables
In medium bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese and dips mix. Gradually stir in beer until mixture reaches desired consistency. Garnish with green onions and additional shredded cheese. Serve with pretzels or vegetable pieces. Makes 3 cups.

i just knew that you liked beer....and i remembered you posting a recipe with the Hidden Valley ranch stuff in it....so i figured....you'd like this recipe

Ah so its more of a deductive reasoning thing...well I also loves me some cheese too. I would make some to take to work tomorrow, but beer breath at work os frowned upon....
