Default Stiff necks?

Does anyone's neck stiffen up when they smoke? I'd say it's not a very good sign, but it's happening to me a lot recently, and it's gotten worse. I played baseball the other day for the first time in a while so I figure I just focus more on the soreness, but I just smoked and literally felt it stiffen up, looked it up and everything and really didn't find a thing.

a lot of the muscles in your head, neck, and shoulders are attached. feel the back of your neck and look to extremes (upper left corner of sight, lower right, etc) and feel how just moving your eyes pulls on stuff back there. try walking your fingers from the base of your skull down and out across your shoulders. stretch often, and try heat and ice alternatively. it could be that you always smoke a certain way, or out of a particular piece, so switch it up. sit in a different chair or position.

and i think stiff necks are a symptom of meningitis, so if it doesnt improve with "oh i pulled a muscle" home treatments, see a doctor.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was meningitis with the way people are getting sick around here, but it's literally only when I smoke. Within one hit of a bowl earlier I felt my neck begin to show signs of stiffness, when I hadn't felt a thing all day.
