can restaurants track you down some how by your reciept, if you use a credit card??

like if they really needed to get a hold of you... can they look on the receipt and get your information, and then contact you??

i dont use credit cards... so i dont really know..

Not unless your credit card is somehow tied to your phone number. Not without getting the police involved anyway.

never assume anything to be not possible. or quite that simple either.

why assume restaraunts are any exception to everyone having a friend of a friend who knows a friend of a friend, possibly someone in the chain of friends of friends have either requisite legitimate authority, and or access to neccessary channels with or without it.

people get reputations for how they act, even in large annonymous cities.
