What if Cheney kicks the bucket?

Anyone care to surmise what will happen if Cheney kicks the bucket in a second Bush term? Most agree that he's the real president of this administration. He does have health issues that could make him unable to fulfill a second term.

Who would replace Cheney next term if something should happen to him? Bush would end up being the real president, so the VP would have to be someone with the expertise of Cheney.

A good bet would be Cheney's Chief of Staff, arch neocon criminal now viewed as the most likely of the administration's suspects in the outing of Valerie Plame who also happens to be the Assistant to the President.
