Any advice for me?

I'm wondering if anybody has any advice on what I should do about my clones. I have a hydroponic system with rockwool. My clones are healthy with good roots when I plant them on my table, but within days the tender new leaves are turning a bright yellowish green, and within days of that they go brown and wither. They don't seem dry, in fact, they seem soggy. Out of 60 plants, probably 75% are affected. My room is very clean, my equipment is all up-to-date. I have good ventilation, temperature, humidity. The food in my tub is fresh, I just prepared it for the new clones. I'd appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

try adding hydrogen peroxide to the water, they might be too wet , if they have food then that is probavbly the next step.
I let mine root in plain ol water, when they start yellowing bad i stick them in dirt. Them seem to pull out fine.
also you should be using 1/4 strength nutes on those clones, maybe that's the problem.

But it sounds like too much water.

Supposedly, you can't overwater rockwool. But I sometimes wonder.

I'd rinse well with distilled water and then start over with a fresh nuit solution.

make sure you get the Ph right.

to all those who answered my question, thank you all for your help. I'm gonna try flushing them and starting over with a new batch of food, see what that does.
