i think its desensitization. I'd say just stop masturbating for a while, dont watch any porn, etc. and then of course changing up what you do isnt ever a bad thing either.

I find the type of porn makes a great difference.

Lesbian porn leaves me cold. Plain masturbation & oral doesn't do much more for me.
