That is nothing more than a drawn out (excessively long! who has time to watch all that garbage) commercial made by Republicans. (poorly made I must say)

The only way Republicans can make Kerry look like a flip flopper is by extensive editing and by taking his words out of context! In this clip especially they never let him finish his comments. Anyone who takes this type of work seriously is very feeble-minded indeed.

Do you have any specific ?'s about Kerry's stance on issues? I'll answer them to the best of my ability.

Everyone agrees that Saddam was a brutal dictator. Anyone who doesn't is sick. IF he did have weapons of mass destruction and was planning to use them on us or another country this war may have been justified, and Kerry would've supported it. That was not the case. Bush didn't allow inspections to continue long enough to find out. It would have been very inconvenient for him if there were no WMD, so he invaded before anyone could find out.

Kerry voted against the bill allowing an $87 billion aid package for the troops because it was not funded in a fiscally responsible manner. It was mostly a protest vote against the specific funding issues. He wasn't against funding the troops to the tune of $87 billion, just the way it was funded. More spin and smearing by the Republicans. He wanted to fund it by removing the tax cuts to the wealthy. That $87 billion is being sadly misspent on contracts to companys like HALLIBURTON. Yeah Bush, leave it to the generations of the future to pay for our overseas adventures, don't worry about it! Iran is next....

The people that make these commercials must think most people are not acquainted enough with the legislative process to see the blatant and perverse misrepresentations. I think they're right (sadly).

Vote Kerry! Because YEEHAW! is not a foreign policy.
