okay heres what i'll be doing to my tofurky later today..

one tofukry into a crockpot with 2 cut up potatoes 2 cut up carrots (you can add onion if you like) some soy sauce or braggs bit of orange juice and some sweetener, i'm using agava necture... i know i can't spell, but the food will be good.. sorry but i rarely measure anything unless it's from a recipe book. i've done it like this before anf there was NO leftovers

i already made the vegan cream cheese pie.. it's baking.. YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!!!

Ive never used it before. I use a sandwich meat substitude and the brand name is tofurkey but i've never had a tofu-turkey before. Where would i find one? And are they pretty small? I'd love to try it. Thanks for the info!

possibly the store you bought the lunch"meat" slices. tofurky is seasonal in most places. it's fairly small compared to a real turkey.
