LSD through an IV....jesssuusss

My friends girlfriend has been heavily into heroin use via IV since she was like 15. I was having a conversation with her the other day and she was asking me if i had a connection for any mdma, and i told her i could only get blotter. Her response was that she hadn't done LSD since she was 22 and accidentally IVed 2 hits of liquid acid that thinking it was just water while she was withdrawing...

Now I know alot of people on here arn't very fond of needles, but let's just assume for a moment that it didn't have a wildly shared stigma. Does anyone else think that would be the most beautiful, intense, world shattering peak ever? Usually when you injest it orally, or even drop it in your eyes. You have a bit to cope with the world falling apart to pieces around you. With the IV...you'de go from sober to absolutely peaking face in 5 seconds. Imagine the visuals and the full blown psychedelic headfuck. I wanna try it so bad.

Yeah it would be pretty intense. Imagine how much you would sweat hahaha. I may try it someday even though Im not a fan of shooting up at all.

IV LSD is kind of weird. For me, it didn't have the sparkle that eating cid does at all. It lacked the specialness that set it apart from all other drugs for me. To be honest, I didn't even enjoy it, but when i ate 5 hits later that night (after I had come down), I had a great time.

I don't it would hit you much faster at all. I could be wrong, but from what I understand, LSD is absorbed into the blood stream quite rapidly even when the blotter is just sitting in your mouth. It takes a while for the LSD to have its effect on the brain, and I don't think it's a matter of the LSD getting to the brain, there is simply an unavoidable lag (but then in heroic doses I hear it comes on within a minute or two, so... can someone more knowledgeable help me/us out here?)

It wasn't that much. He requested 100 mikes, which she gave him, followed by another shot of 100 mikes a few hours later.

I don't think LSD is a drug to shoot up. It wasnt meant to kick in instantaneously and rocket you like a space ship. It's supposed to be like a roller coaster. Start off slowly, go up the slop, go down the ride, then get off.

DMT is essentially acid which sends you on a rocket ship into the 5th dimension and beyond within about a minute and brings you back down within 10, and it is found in the human brain. To be perfectly frank, I don't see how a slow come-up is a necessary part of the LSD experience. For instance, a thumbprint has a very rapid come up from what I understand.

I agree with you to a point. I just don't personally think LSD is a durg to shoot up. In your opinion would you rather have the anticipation after taking it, then the rising waves of the cid, then the rocket blast off to another world.....or would you rather stick the needle in your arm and just ::ZANG:: like heroin??

Personally I am a fan of the relatively gentle come up, so likewise I agree with your point there. I was just being a nitpicky little dick :P
