I'm high off it now, i used 3 or 4 teaspoons which I heard was dangerouse, but it was old and pre-ground. I ate 2 hershey bars (also dangerouse to mix),and started 5-6hrs in to focus on things and then see something moving on the floor. when ilooked it disapeared. I got pretty warm and tingly (still am). and false movements in my room continued. if i lay on my side i can whatch the cieling move in my outer(preferal) vision. all euphoric feelings though, good trip!

Call me old-fashioned, but isn't it spelled "dangerous".
And three to four teaspoons is not dangerous.
You only heard it through the grapevine.
I don't think you're really thirty years old, either.

it sucks unless your little suicidally daring more than caucus with i was at 20.
started with ass load of dxm then ate as much nutyy as not pukeable.

I've tried nutmeg once, about a year to year and a half ago. hippyiam's right, 3-4 teaspoons is not dangerous. Me and 2 other friends tried it with i think 3 tablespoons, which as we researches, was a pretty safe dosage for a first time. I would not exceed that by much if youre tryin it for the first time. As for the actual trip, we all enjoyed it. I can describe it as kinda mix between stoned and drunk. We just layed in my friends hammocks and listened to music for the majority of the time. I think it took about 2-3 hours to come on and lasted like 5. Since that one trip, Ive not tried it again. Its pretty nasty stuff to try to swallow. Its a good trip but theres things that are much better to try to get down.

Woah about 3 hours ago i had like half a bottle of nutmeg ( pre ground ) now things that i focus on spin and im finding it difficult to concentrate on my pc screen. Also i had a nose bleed for no reason, i dunno if its cause of the nutmeg + im feeling very tired.
