how to hydrolize lisdexamfetamine in vyvanse

lisdexamfetamine is made up of L-lysine and d-amphetamine. When takin the bodies amino acids break down and hydrolize the L-lysine from the d-amphetamine, slowly releasing the d-amphetamine so it can become active. My question is, is there a way to hydrolize lisdexamfetamine so you can activate the d-amphetamine before taking it? So you can turn the extended release into instant release and have the euphoric effect of adderall.
