reoccuring bladder infections

caused by sex.
feels like it's ruining our sex life because i'm getting them at least 2/3 times a month for the past 8 months. then i'm thinking about not ever having sex because well...who likes uti's? and then he's always worried that by us having sex i will get it...it's not like. everytime we have sex i get it...but it happens and i really don't want to stop being intimate because of this

anyone else have this problem? and how are you dealing with it? because i know i'm not the only female out there who has to deal with this. my primary doctor referred me to a urologist but my app. is not for another 2/3 months ( i might try and get someone else because i definately dont want to have to wait that long) but i feel like this is such a headache for us and i don;t know why this is happening, because i pee after we have sex...sometimes even before...and we clean ourselves well. i just cant figure it out because this never happened before ( i was sexually active a couple months before i met my current boyfriend)

i'm sick of taking all this pyridium and whatever else theyre giving me to rid of these uti's

drink cranberry juice regularly
urinate shortly after sex

i usually drink cranberry juice mixed with something else though cuz i'm not that big of a cranfan

yer fella needs to go to a doc. had same prob with my chica once.doctors get sloppier every year.prolly a dude doc.i got me sum pills she got her sum n we stopped bangin fer 2 weeks. she hated rubbin her nub. lucky she was bi n ate clam more often.cheeers.

why does my boyfriend have to go? i dont think anythings wrong with himmm. just me
