Well, they could try here for starters: http://www.hipforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=385 being the Mental Health Forums.

Then, they could also try several of the other emotional forums, or the main forum/Karma forums in the Uk forums.

And no, I don't think it's funny to be depressed (most people have been there at one time or another), so you can stop twisting words and stirring up shit, (as per usual...might I add) and just focus on the problem and argument at hand, instead of petty internet sarcasm and point-scoring child's play.

what do you mean "as per usual" when do I tend to stir up shit? I've never heard anyone else complain about things I say on here. Though I have seen plenty of comments before where people have complained about things you have said that have been insulting and defamatory.

As I said before, there are more suitable forums throughout the UK forums/hip forums for these sort of subjects, than the randomness forum.
