He knows the buttons... and that part of the relationship is still alive apparently. You need to work on denying him access to your emotional buttons. This won't be the easiest thing but practicing it can pay off dividends.

Not really. My life went to shit and it only took two hours. Lovely huh? I no longer have a car - and I'm not allowed on the computer, and I no longer have a phone. I'm basically in hell. Oh well life goes on.
