He used to be in the United States Navy, and he has a tattoo in rememberance on his forearm. He has a somewhat long beard and somewhat long hair both black with some grey. For the last five years or so he has also had a dog named Waffle. He tries to hitchike a lot but since he got his dog he hasn't had much luck. He also toured with the Dead and went to many rainbow gatherings in the 80s/90s up until Jerry died. Does anybody know this guy?
