aurora, arvada

hi there,

I am looking for a friendly place with lots of ammenties close to denver to move. I need to know more about the area. the two places I am considering so far are aurora and arvada. my questions are: are they a safe neighborhood? are there lots of vegetarian friendly places around these areas? and what areas are the best and safest in your opinion near denver??
please help me I am moving really soon and want to have a place for music and happiness in the community.

aurora? safe? hah

some parts are fine. but one block can be reasonable and the next sketchy.
Arvada has a bit more funk and is better located for the nights you want to see shows in Boulder, if that is a consideration.

hmm most parts of aurora arent too bad at all... i live there... dont let the news scare u heh... im in arvada all the time as well... heres some info about both places hopefully u can make up ur mind from there....

arvada- older and pretty quiet easy going small town atmosphere very chill place lots of stoners
aurora- much more ethnically diverse... many more people.. lots of stuff to do

both places have salad buffets and stuff... (not sure where vegetarians go to eat sorry lol) and they are both pretty close to denver... aurora just a lil bit closer...
