Animal Sacrifice..

I feel that, given the right ritualistic circumstances and arrangements, a sacrifice of blood (life) can be incredibly powerful.

Personally, I'm a vegetarian so I wouldn't eat the meat. Might drink the blood a bit, but I'm not really into meat anymore. So the whole animal sacrifice thing seems a little over the top

Want to sacrifice something, sacrifice yourself, not something else that can't defend it self

by that rationale, I could sacrifice a bear...or perhaps a lion?
