Opium Lettuce

I recently came across some Opium Lettuce. Can anyone tell me an easy way to extract it. With like household things because I don't have a lab or any shit like that.

If it's fresh:
Liquify it using a juicer. Put the liquid (you'll need at least a pint) in a dish under a heat lamp until it evaporates. You'll be left with a brownish residue that you can smoke.

Uh it's dry man.
Can I just like add water to it and then juice it?

You can buy the tincture in a health food store. IMNSHO, the stuff is useless for anything, pain or otherwise.
