60 seeds isnt enough.. I had to eat about 300-400 seeds for it to work for me.. what I did was... I cleaned the seeds really well using the detergant method and that worked because I didnt throw up, all other times I didnt clean them and I threw up..
I then ground them up in a coffee grinder real fine... put them in my smoothie maker, added some strawberries, bannanas, milk, and rasberry icecream... and made myself a morning glory smoothie... It went down real nice to, no nasty taste at all
P.S. I tried on 7.5 grams, 9 grams, and 15 grams... but my best trip was with the 15grams... Try to hold it down as long as you can if they are chemically treated, I know it sucks and hurts... but the longer you keep it down the harder you will trip.
