i just started blurting out the feelings and this is how it came:

Dually challenged in different worlds
Its never been easy to leave hell
Destruction, lifes demise
The power in my hands is crippling.
Completely deteriorated
Is everything Ive had
Crawling closer to the dark; into the hiding hole,
a place reserved for utter remorse
Punishing and relieving all thoughts from the past
No pause, or stop no break nor cessation from life.
Always going, each day better, each day worse
Wishing and hoping -- no use at all
Now towards the light where actions ensue
Life, Death, Heart, Anger, Love, Cry, Hope, Fail, Try

this is great to read

how passive you seem with all
the emotions you dealing with
i enjoyed reading this alot
it gave me a sense of movement
in your heart and i felt uplifted
as i read ..
