weird things about your animal

two dogs that refuse to let you sit at the computer if they wernt over 60 pounds each being in youre lap wouldnt be such a biggy

My guinea pigs love to beg for food. Nobody is allowed to open the refrigerator or rustle a plastic bag without giving them their "alms." And they'll scream LOUDLY if anyone dares to disobey this command. They rule the house. If someone comes in the door, they need to know who it is. We built a balcony for them so they can see into the living room & out the front door better, and they use it constantly... my little guard-pigs They'll also let me know if someone's at the door. They can hear footsteps on our deck & will call out to let me know someone's there.

And they think my MIL is their personal santa claus. The minute she comes in the door, they all but climb out of their cage to be cuddled & spoiled by her. And if she dares to say hi to her human grandkids first, they'll start chewing on the bars of their cage for attention.

Oh... and I think Junior thinks I'm his mama. He'll call out for attention, but nobody will do but me. He'll just keep wheeking until I come & pick him up, and snuggle him under my chin.

my dog hauls in the firewood

my dog Jax helps with firewood too!! He's a big snuggle bug he's a lab german shep mix we found him in a bag with other pups with an open bottle of Ajax hence the name "Jax".. sad.. but all of them survived and are doing really good! if Im laying on the couch he feels the need to jump up on my back/stomach and watch tv with me! And when he wants to go for a walk he'll bring me my shoes!! My cat Skittles plays with Jax all the time its so cute to see them cuddle!
