APAP is aceteminapen or Tylenol. In high doses (more than a gram or two a day) it is very toxic to your liver. The max dosage, I believe is no more than two grams (2,000 mgs) a day. (Ellis, please correct me if I am wrong, it may be 3,000 mgs.) Codeine is a mild opiate with limited recreation purposes. You may feel slighty relaxed or even nod out from it. Some people just get fuzzy and irritable from it, and some experience quite a bit of nausea. It comes in 10, 15 30 and 60 mg tablets, and is used for mild to moderate pain. It is physically and emotionally addictive, as are all opiates. If you have never done opiate before I would be very careful with them, take a small dose (maybe one or two tabs) DO NOT mix them with other drugs, or alcohol until you know how they effect you and are sure you are not allergic to them. DON'T take the Ambien and Codeine at the same time, PLEASE!!!!!
Ambien is a prescription sleep aid. It is not an opiate, a benzodiazapine or a Barbituate. When prescribed for insomnia, it is often suggested to be taken while you are already in bed as it takes effect very quickly and can really knock you out. Some people will fight the sleepiness and get a weird, disconnected feeling from it, some even hallucinate. I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than it's intended purpose.
