As soon as I saw your post the first thing that came to my mind was a fenet fox (sp). They are very cute and from what I have read they are very affectionate.

Oh - do you mean the Fennec fox ? The tiny little guys with huge ears ??? - They are certainly cute little fellas ... I don't know if there are many around though... I would preferably get a pet from a rescue centre.

I really really consider you to get a rat. They are loving and intellegent. Please read up on them before considering. But I really adore those fuzzies!

i think guinea pig is the most cute and lovely animal. i once raised one ,but unfortunately it died. i guess it was due to the food i gave to it.too dry and too much!

Skunk make good pets and there not hard to take care of, you can buy them de cented but if you have to do it your self its about 140 $ ( around here ) and fixed but other then that the hardest part is making sure they dont get in to cabinets that you keep food or something like that in, which is easy just put one of those little hook latches

Awww...the skunk is cute...but there are not even any wild ones here in Newfoundland!


I say get a rat.Rats are clean,very smart (can be trained almost anything a dog can),VERY affectionate and loving,bond with humans and are playful...I am addicted to them! You wouldn't understand unless you owned one! They are reletivly low maintanance...just need to be kept stimulated and amused...rats hate to be bored!

Mice make pretty good pets too...they just smell really bad, especially the males.But they are friendly little guys too,cheap and easy to care for...
