Question about a recent trip?

so on saturday around 10:30pm i ate 3 big slices of pizza,
around 11:30pm i took 6 mushroom capsules with .5 in each. cubensis golden teacher.

they did not do anything at all untill 3am, which first thing i noticed is when i sat on my computer and the screen was white and was switching from a squared white image to like the shape of a hour glass, the middle kept moving/shrinking.

i then laid down and basically just felt depressed / paranoid untill 9am which is around the time i went to bed.

i didnt have a body high or any other visuals but knew if i talked to a parent they'd know i was not acting right.


my question is, could the lack of a body high + visual be from stomach being full? im guessing that it took 3 and half hours to hit me from all the food in me so just wondering if that also kind of killed the trip for me? or maybe like the capsules all disolved so unevenly and not together perhaps?

they are from a batch that many people have tripped from with great results and the seller has had many years of growing, drank two glasses of orange juice when i took them, could being paranoid or the food in me be what killed it?


just asking because next time ill have a empty stomach but didnt know if i should just take same amount again or up the dosage? this was my 3rd time with mushrooms.

Yes food will slow absorption and can minimize the effects.

thanks, my friends all agree'd it prolly minimized just they keep saying it wouldn't had totally killed the body high / visuals.

Sounds like you overdid it on food.

But you should not have seen shit that was not there and been unreasonably happy, or anything. (although that's possible).

It seems that you had unrealistic expectations and a bad set and setting.

In the wrong setting, or while jacking around on the computer, it's totally possible to feel nothing on psychedelics.

ive actually never had visuals from the previous times i did mushrooms was just hoping for some visuals with lights and such.

previous times i had very strong body highs though so was kind of expecting that this time.

If you're tripping and get on a computer you'll still be tripping hard. It's okay to have in your environment if you use it properly or casually, for things like music or light chat.

But it CAN also give a depressing industrial vibe, and totally kill the onset of a trip.

In my experience, anyways. I mean, maybe I don't KNOW that the computer caused it, it's a psychedelic and hard to KNOW anything. But I have a pretty good idea.
