I made weed tea once by simmering it in a pot with water and milk, but mostly milk. You gotta wait at least 30 minutes. I put it in a mug with some sugar and a bag of chamomile tea. I let it cool off and then I drank it. This got me pretty stoned i had a body high and it was weird to talk and a few of my friends could tell i was stoned. it's a different kind of high than smoking weed of course, it's worth the try

Yeah thatz the dangerous part when baked in food the weed could be a tremendous amount especially if it takez a hour to hit ... it could hit to hard and have you crawling around or something...

Itz much better to just smoke your own or mix your own food...

Why is everyone so against edibles?? It's the best. I've had lots of weed tea, you can buy it at medicinal marijuana shops, or make it. Tea gives you more of a relaxing body high, doesn't really get you high. But edibles man!! You can be high for over a day if you want! I use to only eat edibles, the only real advantage of smoking is that it hits instantly.

that does sound great!
and yes i do love edibles.. I love the taste and smell of smoking weed so i prefer to smoke but they come in handy and can be damn good!

I don't see anyone in here that's against edibles? But I for one prefer the high (and pretty much every other aspect) of smoking too. Especially with a nice cup of tea. I think most people don't see much in the weed tea because it would involve some fatty substance like explained.

Edibles is the best way especially if you have a whole bunch of leaf you are not going to do anything with. Grind it up. Cook in oil so it draws the THC out then sift the oil. The oil will have all the THC so you dont need the mulch.

And forget cookies or muffins, not concentrated enough. You need something with a high fat content. Mayo has the highest fat content. So use the oil to make mayo.

And you need salt/salty stuff to mix with that planty taste rather than using something to hide it

In my experience cookies and muffins can do the trick real fine too. Got me more wasted than alcohol almost. So intensely stoned I could barely get myself out of the couch and surely couldn't work straight for hours.

I suggest any stoner here going "omg im gonna make mayo" takes extreme caution in doing so.. as it uses RAW egg... make sure your eggs are fresh and very clean before making mayo

Whether to make tea from the fan leaves or not is partially dependent on what you're after. If you're after only THC, that's not going to be the most effective method. But that is not to say that there is not a whole host of other compounds that can be found in cannabis and don't require alcohol/solvent or lipid extraction to get at. So, if you can stand the taste, why not try it? What else are you doing with the fans?
