Therefore, marrying a virgin would be the only guarantee of not being infected from your wife. However, it has always been accepted that man should get to 'sow his wild oats' before marriage, which would frequently result in the wife becoming infected (and usually getting blamed for having been unfaithful & infecting her husband).

Another benefit of marrying a virgin would have been the guarantee of any child she bore would have been yours.

I'd LOVE to marry a virgin, I mean I'm pretty sexually inexperienced myself and have never gone all the way.
