Song of the Druids
Without balances laid open we will not always come to understand the harm, or healing we can be within the places where we stand, and the choices we make. When we are lost, we are born to remember love is who we are. Releasing the old limits we have clung to, a new way show’s us a deeper well inside from which we are a mirror reflection of creation. As the seasons change, there is this place of vulnerability that helps us begin to understand our purpose and connections to the whole of all that is. When we forget who we are Our Earth Mother calls us by our name. As this understanding grows in the core of our Being, we too grow until we are no longer afraid to face our self. With these thoughts I offer you the Druids Song that sings within me.
Mother Earth by my side
let me not forget,
when seasons, and balances are laid,
I am the whole me
that was made from you inside.
Face me with my little self,
so I might grow from elements shared,
made of purity in love where nothings hid
as each stands separate
to serve the greater whole.
May I not seek to destroy what is
as understanding grips my soul,
to release me once again.
Mother Earth, Father Sky,
Wind, Rain, Watering floods,
Fires Truth, Light of Day,
and Dark of Night, let Spirit in me not forget…
What I do to you my love,
I do to me.
Sacredness, and Love are choices.
Living, Honoring, Respecting while being made alive
Knowing within you freely gave, and let me find my way.
Opening, Your Beauty takes my breath away.
Then once more we breathe as one
Mother Earth by my side help me not forget,
I am the whole me that was made from you inside.
