I gotta restart a routine. A short-lived work schedule preempted a workout regime but now I'm now once again available. Probably a good thing for the frame of mind as much as any physical benefits.

Gonna keep it light though. Not looking to bulk at this point... just keep some routine going once I've started.

Right now I'm on a maintenance regimen w/ moderate weights and 30 minute cardio sessions. I was going to compete in the SoCal Tough Mudder event next month but some other family plans got in the way (bummer...). I'll shoot for the NorCal Tough Mudder later this year and maybe squeeze in a half marathon somewhere.
