I got the whole show on DVD for Xmas. Would you believe... this was my favorite show?

Anyone else?

60s TV is amazing!

You know, I find that hard to believe.

"How about half the series?"

I don't think so.

"One episode?"

Get Smart is good if you are into politics and government. There are a lot of subtle nuances in that show that go unnoticed if you're not hip on politics.

50s through 70s TV was a golden era. The industry had matured by the 60s and 70s. CBS was a dynasty in the 60s.

Note the credits at the end of the popular CBS shows in the 60s. You'll see the same names of directors and writers in many shows. There was a real team effort going on back then.
