Led grow light is widely use in homer herb gardens, potted plans for home decoration,
indoor hydroponic farming, aquatic plants, home preoduction of personal use seeding, garden, indoor agriculature and so on.
That is the reason why they are called led grow lamp, LED grow lights, LED Hydroponic Light, LED Plant Grow Light,
LED Garden Light and so on. Especially,
it is called led aquarium grow light also because blue and white could make the amazing effect in coreal and reef, Salwater Fish and so on.
It is common knowledge within the scientific community, that there are only 5 light bands that are necessary for plant growth.

You are right, it sure beats HPS or MH for energy use. Less heat too...

I'm curious who has used LEDs successfully with edible crops in green houses.
I'm fiddling with a design for urban use, small scale, but expandable.

Anyone?

LED lamps have also been used for a number of demonstration projects for outdoor lighting and LED street lights.
