Lifter/Bodybuilder here. I have my own Home Gym consisting of a nice Smith Machine w/ free weights, Powerblock adjustable dumbbells to 90lbs, a recumbent bike and treadmill.

I work out 4 days a week, hitting each body part twice a week. I use whey protein, along with casein protein, and a multi vitamin. Sometimes I use a pre workout supplement as well
I used to just do whatever at the gym but now I actually have a set routine and what not.
My diet is ok, i try and eat a lot of chicken and tuna for aded protein intake.
I started this new routine last week on tuesday and i workout tuesday&wednesday, thursday off, workout friday, saturday off, workout sunday, monday off, and so on...
I started off at 175 pounds and will be doing a weigh in tommorwo morning at the gym.
I will post my results here and if anyone has any questions on anything or needs advice just ask or send PM!

Looks like you have a pretty solid routine going. The key is rest though. I noted back when I was trying to gain/bulk that hammering the body works to a point then the body sorta becomes resistant to the effects of the workouts at which point it's probably a good idea to take a week or two off to let things heal up then restart with a different routine... You might find this is something you'll need to do every few months. Varying the exercises, sets, and rep schemes week to week can help.

I've been doing alot of research on this topic of late, I work out every second day, leveing that day in between for rest, each time I hit the gym I increases the weight to lift, Rep range between 6-10 2 min rest between reps and 3 sets. On the last set I do as manny reps as possible droping the weight down to increase the work out, I found that if you can do more than 10 reps the weight is to light and should be uped, My 2 cents worth
