New age Hippie Movement

Iam always thinking about a new worldwide hippie movement. It would be the best thing to do nowadays where people are away from nature. What do you think?? Could such an idea be reality? We should motivate the people to return to their homes, the nature. I know, this would be very difficult but imagine if we all tried to achieve it. I believe we are a lot of people with the hippie mentality around the world but we need the coordination to do our dream reality

I'm not sure if that coordination would be present if the people with that mentality joined a new hippie movement. Also, lots of hippies are away from nature as well and lots of non-hippies are not. So I think it's not the solution. I also think we are with too much people now to go all living in or near nature.

i think anything is possible and would love to see segments of our society try and do something different, really its almost a given there will be a backlash to our greed and dependency on materialism. Especially here in the united states i am always thinking of ways to break from this current society, and for me i believe it begins with not sharing the same wants and needs. ( fancy cars etc) Family and friends and nature and some good work ethic with a few smart leaders and we can definatly make it so.

need to get rid of speed crack heroin which r easiely available and flood the world with LSD and Mescaline and Psilosybin again ud see automatic hippie movements----where im at nothing but pills and powders cant even get my hands on some shrooms where b4 they were always around--oh well im permantly changed already from all my past tripping but it be good to reflood the kids with psychedelics---imo of course---see alot of pill popping kids painkillers with no psychedelic experiences but totaly into oxy--norcos--oh well

Here in greece there arent a lot of hippies.. I dont know why but even in the university i study i cant find anyone with the same dream. Nowadays, young people want only to compete and be better than others.. I cant understand our society sometimes...

I beg to differ. Lots of other young people around. But I guess you can view everyone's dreams at instance?

I would love to see a new movement, hell I'd try my best to help at every possible way.
I myself would love to get up and just leave the city I live in. But, getting others onboard, may not be anywhere as easy. We are just so wired to the internet, Ipods, Computers, HD-TV's to give it all up.

But, I do share that same dream, or one of that very similar.

I agree, I can get everything here, but LSD ( =[, I KNOW). Sadly, here crack, cocain and powdered heroin are the big ones. Very few have an interest in psychedelics =[

Im thinking that you run into good people, in all walks of life...just because someone looks like a hippie doesnt mean they are a great person either.. and what are we talking about as a united front? Stop Warfare? These things can only be done through our governments...

Every country is different too.. and there is thousands of years of history backing up these cultures..

You just gotta do whats right for yourself, and enjoy it.. because this will all be over
way too quick..try and help out the less fortunate... thats all things from the Human character

i agree with you guys but im wondering how such a dream doesnt seem adorable to everybody this is very sad...

Also i want to add something about drugs.. Heroin, cocaine crack and speed the only thing they can do is to spread death.. A lot of young people are destroyed from these drugs every day. Only psychedelic drugs should be allowed.
