forgive me if this is a stupid question, but i just found a bunch of 30 Mg Adderall XR in my medicine cabinet, and im wondering what the difference between regular adderall and adderall XR is. I know the XR is a time release, but does that mean that it just takes longer for it to hit you, or that its released over a long period of time (and thus less strong)?
also, i found a bottle of oxycodone AP AP 5/325. Would taking 4 tablets (20mg) be a good dose, or would that be unsafe? (i have never used opiates before, weight about 140 lbs)
thanks a lotall XR means it releases over a long peroid of time and for the oxycodone 20mg is a good dose to start with maybe 15mg cause its your first time but 20 you will be fine 50mg is where you should start worrying about OD
