Easy Microwave Fudge
1 packet marshmallows
1 block cooking chocolate (dark or milk)
1 packet glace cherries or ginger or both
1 tbsp vanilla essence
small knob of butter
2 tbsp water
1. Place all ingredients except for the cherries or ginger, together in large glass or microwave bowl.
2. Heat for about 2 minutes or until mixture is quite soft but not cooked.
3. Take out and mix with a fork until all is mixed well together.
4. Add cherries or ginger.
5. Pour into a foil-lined tin and set in the fridge for about 2 hours.
6. Remove from tin, peel off foil and cut into squares - yummy!
