When I sign on, "your post" never refreshes no matter how many times I leave it and return.

Does it update if you hit the "reload" button on your browser?

If so, you may need to change a setting in your browser preferences to always check a page for a newer version before displaying it. You are probably seeing the previous version from your cache.

That's exactly what's happening- but only on that page.
