picture this. its you if you were me...
trapped,
lost in a corner of time,
suffocating,
praying for deliverance.
your wounds are growing worse,
your hands are going numb,
you promise yourself you will look no further,
but somehow you find a way.
you scream,
your heart pounds as it tells you
dont look down and dont look back.
you feel that you are growing calice to this place.
shame and decite fill your thoughts as the smoke fills your lungs,
all of the screams you make out of agony are drowned out by the silence.
your emotions run dry.
you sit and stare at the broken wall waiting for this season to end as the fire dies from within.
