The OP's problem is prob. transplant shock, normal. If the transplant was done right it should recover in a day or 2.
"nooo noooooo its simple it needs water u transplanted it flood the bastard trust me"
-NEVER flood your plant.
"I have 2 , 30 cm high plants and there leaves are drooping. Is it because I water them twice a day?"
-Probably. The #1 cause of failure for beginners is overwatering.
