Question about Males and Females

Ive heard things like how you should seperate the males and females from each other. But what i need to know is. Do you smoke the buds off of the Males, Females, or can you smoke the buds from Both?

u CAN smoke both. the female is the buds u buy...males r usually used for breeding but can b smoked. although not as plesent u still can get stoned off it.

Anytime you grow weed for consumption, seedless female flowers are what you should strive for. Males are very low quality, even lower in quality than scwagg.

if u grow some good plants males can become more potent, it verys on strain. NOT ALL MALE PLANTS SUCK! remember that....

After 40 years and probably 40-50 strains, I feel qualified to say "All males suck", ..in comparison to any female. I've tested hundreds of males, for breeding purposes, and the very best, will only give a slight heady buzz.
Males simply do not produce thc in a desired quantity. If they did, growers wouldn't be tossing them.

Many years ago I ripped up a few males. I picked & dried the leaves. I tried a joint and barely got off, so I put them in a humidor, to smoke in "emergencies" (when I was out).
A few months later some friends from halfway across the country asked me if I could spare any weeed for the long trip back. So I gave them a handful of the male leaf which I had almost forgotten about.
A few days later I got a call telling me they got home safely and thanking me for the good weed.
I hurriedly rolled and smoked a joint and it was very nice.

Now, it doesn't compare with buds. And it provides a different "type" of high. If offered a choice i will always choose bud.
BUT cured leaf from a male WILL get you high, just like the leaves from a female plant.

As "proof", I once smoked a joint of leaf and went to visit a friend. As I driving up, I saw a car almost identical to mine parked in front of his house.
I saw the car and said to myself "Whoa, I'm already there!"

The best deal is to make hash out of the males.

Got's to have trichomes in order to make hash. Not many males support much trik production.
